Why this blog?
Maybe you ended up on this website because you are wanting to have a more balanced diet but don’t know where to start. Or maybe because you just want to find some inspiration for an easy and healthy dinner dinner for your family on a Saturday night. Or you are allergic to certain foods and wonder what you can substitute those foods with. So, why this blog? Well, I created this platform for all of the above reasons. By having a restricted diet myself due to my eczema (no gluten, no animal products, no corn), I sometimes found it hard to stay motivated with it and find food that my body can handle. I recently adopted a new mindset on restrictive diets and healthy foods, because what you put into your body will affect everything from your mood, your quality of life, to your overall health. With this blog, I want to help you find your daily optimum ingredients among the large choice that Mother Earth offers us, and therefore, find your true balance in life.
